in your opinion what is the perfect pour?
i like it in a big tall frosty glass, poured in at an angle and slowly moved to a vertical postion. by then it should be devloping a nice little head which should be around 2 cm thick.... that gents would be a nice beer if only i wasnt working... |

| That is a great pour! I like it when I go to the local (The Glen) and order a pot of Tooheys New Super Cold, and the glass is frozen and the beer is coming out at -2C, and it fills to a 1-2 cm head. I then take the glass and go set at a table outside, and the condensation on the outside of the glass starts to freeze into thos elacy ice patterns. Its shortlived, but cool. Then the first drink.... MMmmmm... |
