i love my vb but eb aint to bad either. i tihnk you are slightly exaggerating mate. its a great aussie beer |

I would say both eb and vb are both pretty dodgy.
only thing thats going for them are that they are cheap and you can't taste it much if it's served freezing cold! |

I don't mind the odd VB but I would need a lot of beers and then some before I started drinking that Emu Bitter crap.
A Carlton Draught suits me just fine |

| EB is disgusting and yet there is a beer that is even worse - Emu Export. I would rather drink drain cleaner than that rubbish. |

You guys don't get the WA beers at all.
EB needs to be served ice cold and then its nice and sweet.
Export tastes the same cold or warm/hot - which is why it has pride of place in the north of stinking hot WA.
It may not taste the best cold - but when you can only drink warm its better thatn anything else around! |

Emu Bitter is another fine Aussie Beer and from Western Australia
where I live and the best state in Australia of course.
I am going to give you a lesson in Beer Drinking so pay attention.
When men get together with their mates they want to drink an alocholic
beverage which makes them feel like a man.
Does a raspberry UDL do this ?
Of course F**UCK*NG NOT you will be laughed out of most
drinking establishments in Western Australia.!
Does a pissy european beer do this ?
No. It makes you look like a weak, sissified poof. (and even if
you are gay your still a man so start acting like one and drink
what the real men are drinking) Remember this is Australia
where men are still men. If you want to be weak and ineffectual
move to france and surrender to the Nazis. Enough said.
Does a Emu Bitter VB or a XXXX Gold do this ?
YES PERFECT. This is what real aussie men drink. So unless your
booking yourself in for a sex change or your a meterosexual
ignore everything I have told you.

That was a wordy classroom education for the brain-dead that could have been summed up so:
'Drink swill like VB not because you enjoy it but because your mates enjoy watching you drink it because they drink it and you enjoy watching them drink it because you're insecure about your sexuality and need to drink the same old industrial swill beer with other men so you all can feel like "a man"'
