The Freo beer festival is on in March over the long weekend and it sounds pretty good....
"The Fremantle International Beer Festival will be a true festival of over 100 exhibit stalls, with not only beer, but gourmet food, crafts and entertainment consisting of live bands for over 9 hours each day!
The backbone of the Festival is beer, giving the consumers the ability to sample the new, the different, and the extraordinary."
I could deal with that!
For all of you who dont know where Fremantle is, it is about 20 minutes out of Perth city and is home of some football side thats never one a final of any kind ever... |

yeah that sounds alright... apart from being in perth...
anyone know if they have these australia wide and if there a site or anything? |

| Can anybody tell me if it is worth going?...i have heard conflicting reports...how big (or small) are the samples?.....is it worth the $80.00 for the 2 of us?........is the food good value for money, or are we the public going to get ripped off again? |

yep i guessed right.......it was a load of shite.........50mm samples thar you had to line up for and huge quequs to get a real beer ......not again........ |
