Try it on draft at any local Pivovar in Prague and you’ll see what you’ve been missing… or for the truly thorough… travel to the original brewery in Plzen (where Pilsner beer was invented) take the brewery tour and taste the unpasteurized stuff brewed true to 14th century methods only offered within the city limits.
