Much better if bottle kept upright prior to and during refrigeration. Decant into a cooled glass jug, leaving the yeast sediment in the bottle. Pour from jug to glass for sparkling clear beer! And as every Aussie home-brewer knows, that yeast sediment can be re-cultured for the next batch of brew.
