Coopers Sparkling Ale is one of Australia’s longest serving quality beers. It owes its cloudy “home made” appearence to the fact that it is bottle fermented. This leaves the yeasty residue in the bottom of the bottle. (note that the bottle should be rolled or turned before opening so as to mix it up.) It also means that no preservatives are required, so a night on this fine drop will leave you hangover free. Be careful though - cause at 5.8% it has been known to kick like a mule.
