Stella Artois is a lovely beer, easy to drink but not readily guzzled because of its fairly high alcohol content, but why guzzle it when one can savour it? If Australians knew how to handle hops properly they might produce something comparable, but our breweries cater for concrete palates, so the discerning must invest in imported products.
