We haven’t really ommitted anything - proper beer testing, with a group of at least 4 tasters, is quite an effort, and the numbers of beers tasted so far (less than 100!) and the number of beers worth testing is at a ratio of 1:20 at best.
On the plus side, we’ve got _many_ more interesting beer tasting events to look forward to!
