Appearance: Clear, sparking and bright.
Aroma/Bouquet: Medium roasted malt aroma.
Taste: Full-bodied, malty character with roasted maltiness.
Summary: Average.

In a blind test of Grolsch Premium Lager, our tasters commented:

“Clear yellow toasty/roasty affair with a nutty aftertaste. Could do with more carbonation. Quite nice though.”
“Roasted/toasted smell. Malty/nutty character with good bitterness. This one is quite drinkable.”
“I agree with all the toasted/roasted sentiments. If you like your beer nutty then go for this one. ”
“A dry medium aftertaste with too little carbonation. Smells roasted, tastes bitter and dry. I don’t like it.”
“Smells roasted/toasted with a bit of a sulphury off aroma. Tastewise this beer has smooth full body with a nutty character.”

    Love it, this is the beer I can party with all night ;) And for an export beer it taste’s amazingly good!

    The taste of this beers aroma reminds me distincly of a pale fish wrapped in sewerage. Tasty in other words but nothing compared to carlton cold.
