In a blind test, our beer tasters came to the following conclusions:
Appearance: Pale foamy appearance.
Aroma/Bouquet: Unpleasant vegetable odour.
Taste: Medium-bodied with vinegar off-taste.
Summary: Not recommended.

In a blind test of Bluetongue Premium Lager, our tasters commented:

“Tastes the same coming up as going down. Disgusting.”
“Sour and vinegary. Not a beer I’d drink again.”
“Smelled like cabbage and tasted like vinegar. Barely drinkable.”
“Sweet, flat and thin. I think my tongue is black and blue now from that unpleasant onslaught.”
