In a blind test, our beer tasters came to the following conclusions:

Amber/orange colour with few bubbles. |
| Aroma/Bouquet: |
Sweet, honey smell of low to medium intensity. |
| Taste: |
Medium-bodied, fruity beer with a sweet, sour and salty taste. |
| Summary: |
Not recommended. |
In a blind test of Emu Draft, our tasters commented:
“It smells better than it tastes. It smells good and it tastes bad.”
“It’s tangy. It would be good to put over sweet and sour chicken.”
“It makes your mouth pucker!”
“It’s not good. It’s like sea water.”
“Yuk.”
