Appearance: Very yellow, clear with no bubbles.
Aroma/Bouquet: Low intensity sweet, nutty aroma.
Taste: Medium intensity taste with an aftertaste of medium duration.
Summary: Average.

In a blind test of Hollandia, our tasters commented:

“Hmm…tangy. But much, much too bitter.”
“What a bizarre beer! Not too bad though.”
“Definitely European. Good flavour, but unexciting.”
“The taste is not bad, but the aftertaste is particularly good.”
“Fairly average - good carbonation with a dry taste lacking bitterness.”
