In a blind test, our beer tasters came to the following conclusions:
Appearance: Sparkling bright appearance with poor head retention.
Aroma/Bouquet: Low to medium intensity floral and sweet aroma.
Taste: Medium intensity sweet taste with reasonable bitterness.
Summary: Average.

In a blind test of Bavaria, our tasters commented:

“Fruity, caramel taste with good bitterness. Love the sweet taste!”
“A bit on the sugary side, but quite good.”
“Easy drinking, if a little watery.”
“Watery and inoffensive.”
“Creamy and lightly carbonated - very average.”

    This a very enjoyable beer. For a european beer, it is priced amazingly. $30.00 for a carton of 330ml bottles.
